Some brands need an experienced set of eyes to advise on their marketing strategy, or to help outline how they should build their internal team. Others need support with the execution side of things - copywriting, making creative briefs, building spreadsheets, outlining website edits - all that fun stuff.
Some brands are desperate to reach a financial break-even, some want to clean up the business ahead of raising capital, and others are eager to operate a net loss in the name of topline growth.

I’m Tori, and I’m at the heart of June Loves You - meaning everything crosses my desk! I have a roster of incredibly talented humans across graphic design, day-to-day paid media optimization, website development, and everything in between. I can plug the right people in as needed to ensure the best possible result at the most cost-efficient price.
Every scope of work and fee structure is different, and my goal is to craft a relationship that makes sense for everyone involved. While most of the brands I work with are on a flat monthly retainer with an additional performance-based component, there are other remuneration structures, too.
No! If you’re doing something interesting and important, I want to help you. It might make the most sense to structure our relationship as a 1 hour phone call once a month, or it might make sense for me to operate as your fractional CMO for the next year. Both are possible, and ultimately my goal is to have the most impact in the most efficient way possible.
